Another must have! Great energetic cleanser and as such often used as a decorative item in ones’ entrance or living room.

I use it frequently to cleanse crystals — salt is a good cleanser too but crystals with metal elements such as iron and copper may lose its lustre and break after a salt cleansing. Been there before and it’s not a good sight

In wand form, my favourite, it can also be used to brush clean one’s aura. It helps if you can actually see what you’re doing but it also works if you feel it.

Try meditating with a small piece of selenite — polished or raw.

Other crystals that are energy cleansers are crystal quartz clusters and amethyst clusters. Amethyst clusters are great for bedrooms since it also calms wandering minds.

Outro cristal a ter! Óptima a limpar energeticamente e, como tal, utilizada muitas vezes como decoração em entradas e salas de estar.

Uso-a frequentemente para limpar cristais — o sal é óptimo a limpar também mas cristais com metais na sua composição como ferro ou cobre podem perder o brilho e até partir depois de limpezas em sal. Fi-lo antes de saber melhor e não é algo bonito de se ver.

Em forma de varinha, a forma que prefiro, pode também ser usada para limpeza de auras. Ajuda no entanto ver o que se faz mas também funciona se a sentires.

Experimenta meditar com selenite — seja em bruto ou polida.

Outros cristais que limpam energeticamente são drusas de quartzo cristal e drusas de ametista. As drusas de ametista são recomendadas para os quartzo já que acalmam a mente também.
